Produced in SMO 254 material for extreme applications like corrosive marine environments where lower grade stainless steel or acid proof material is not enough, the ABA SMO clamp offers strong performance under heavy mechanical loads. SMO 254 is an austenitic stainless steel designed for maximum resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Featuring an embossed band for better grip, it is also designed to be resistant to various types of stress corrosion.
